We sat on the patio under the turquoise umbrellas across the street from the little bookshop and the art gallery with the white walls. I ordered a fresh
mozzarella and tomato sandwich hoping to bite into one last piece of summer. But, like the weather, the sandwich tasted decidedly fall. We ate Greek olives and yellow peppers while rain dripped from the tips of the umbrellas.
